Secure Encryption

Automated Archiving
A batch process automatically triggers 6 months after loan approval or rejection. Documents and MongoDB records are packaged, encrypted, and moved to Glacier storage.
Glacial Storage
Archived documents are copied to AWS Glacier storage tier in a separate AWS account, providing cost-effective long-term retention with 99.99+% durability.
Controlled Retrieval
Archived documents are retrievable only by Ops-level users via the Moroku Operations portal. Standard SLA of 8 business hours (Mon–Fri, AEST 08:00–18:00).
Data Scrubbing
Configurable PII obfuscation rules let you retain partial data for analytics while ensuring privacy. Email becomes fr**@j****.com while preserving data relationships.
Standalone Archiving
Operations staff can manually create archive buckets for customers and upload documents directly, supporting standalone archiving workflows beyond loan applications.
